You can also book home care services, access your medical history, download your e-MC and medical reports, shop wellness products on the DA Marketplace, and more. Doctor Anywhere is part of the Singapore Ministry of Health’s regulatory sandbox for telemedicine. How to see a Doctor Step 1: Download Doctor Anywhere app, and create an account. You can choose to see the next available doctor, or schedule an appointment at a later time. Step 2: Consult a doctor on suitable common conditions such as cough, flu, fever, migraine, diarrhoea, eye infections, allergies, skin conditions and even contraceptives and chronic medications top-up. If the doctor deems your condition unsuitable for video-consult, you will be advised to go to the clinic or hospital, and your call will be ended without charge. Step 3: The DA Courier Team delivers your medication securely to you within 3 hours. Delivery is free. After 3 days, the DA Care Team follows up to check with you on your condition.
