Sabesp Mobile

O Sabesp Mobile é o aplicativo da Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo. Ele oferece aos clientes acesso rápido a alguns dos principais serviços da empresa. A ferramenta permite cadastrar o RGI, que é o número usado para identificar um imóvel junto Sabesp, de maneira fácil e prática e ajuda a informar vazamentos de água ou esgoto e a falta de água com apenas alguns cliques. O cadastro é simples e para ter acesso os clientes devem informar o nome, e-mail, telefone, CPF, RG e Data de Nascimento e registrar uma senha. O acesso a alguns serviços estará disponível por meio deste cadastro. Com este aplicativo é possível: - Organizar seus RGIs por meio da criação de apelido para cada um, facilitando sua identificação. - Mostrar de maneira rápida a situação das últimas 3 contas. - Permitir a visualização das contas de cada RGI dos últimos 12 meses, detalhando suas informações de valores e demais. - Emitir 2ª via de contas em aberto. - Conhecer passo a passo como colocar a conta em débito automático. - Receber notificações sobre os RGIs cadastrados no aplicativo, além de informações sobre manutenções de redes, entre outros informativos. - Enviar de maneira prática e segura informações de aviso de vazamento de água ou esgoto, com a inclusão de fotos e geolocalização da ocorrência. - Receber pelo próprio aplicativo o retorno do aviso de vazamento enviado. - Possibilitar ao usuário informar a Sabesp a falta de água da sua residência ou na redondeza. - Solicitação da primeira ligação de Água e Esgoto. - Simulação de consumo de água do imóvel - Alteração de responsável pela conta - Cliente que possui hidrômetro com leitura remota (medição inteligente): agora, você vai poder acompanhar seu consumo diário Sabesp Mobile is the application of the São Paulo State Basic Sanitation Company.
