Even after an extended trial, small teams (up to 2 users) can choose to stay on the Basic tier. PRO: After trying the app for free, larger teams (3+ users) will have the option to upgrade to our Pro tier, which includes unlimited users and priority 24/7 support. The cost of a Pro subscription will then remain the same whether you have 3 users or 20+ users. Our goal is to help you grow your business, which is why we won’t charge you every time you add a new user.
