This allows us to provide our customers with one of the largest networks of charging points in Europe. User need only one payment method. Depending on the operator of the charging station, there are three different billing models. Start fee: The operator of the charging station calculates a one-time charge for starting a charging operation. Charging per kWh: The operator has a basic price for the consumption of one kilowatt hour. Charge per minute: The operator calculates the usage and occupancy of a charging station on the basis of a time unit, i.e. per minute or hour (this also applies to parking after the end of the charging process). Location data: The location data of the charging stations are transmitted directly from the respective operators to Plugsurfing. Our quality management continuously monitors the quality of the site data.
