Mit der LIDL Connect App behalten Sie die absolute Kostenkontrolle – Sie finden alle wichtigen Infos zu Ihrem Tarif, auf Wunsch können Sie Optionen dazu buchen oder direkt aus der App heraus unseren Kundenservice erreichen. LIDL Connect-Kunden können jederzeit ihr Guthaben abrufen und bei Bedarf aufladen. Mit Hilfe der Komfortaufladung wird das Guthaben auf Wunsch sogar automatisch aufgeladen – das spart Zeit für die schönen Dinge im Leben. Wenn Sie sagen: „Mein Tarif und ich, wir passen nicht mehr zusammen“, können Sie Ihren Tarif direkt aus der App heraus anpassen oder wechseln. Selbstverständlich ist der Datenverbrauch durch die Nutzung der App kostenfrei!
