Don't worry when you see the file name starting with AF3DWBexsd….apk, and you can change the file name to ch.opengis.qfield_dev

Make sure that third-party apps are allowed on your device: go to Menu » Settings » Security » and check Unknown Sources

Find the APK file, tap it, then hit Install.
