Don't worry when you see the file name starting with AF3DWBexsd….apk, and you can change the file name to com.gelgo.Hajj_penaflex_maker.Hajj_photo_frames_maker
Make sure that third-party apps are allowed on your device: go to Menu » Settings » Security » and check Unknown Sources
