GPS Status - notification proxy plugin

This is a VERY small (<30kb) plugin for GPS Status & Toolbox that helps the app properly show notifications on Android 8 and later devices. Because of the changes in background process handling, on Android 8 and later a separate plugin app is required to show the GPS status notification reliably. This app does NOT have any user interface and does not require ANY permissions.
