French Language Pack

AnySoftKeyboard keyboards pack: French AZERTY, BEPO and Frech-Canadian layouts and French dictionary (about 80000 words). If you want a bigger dictionary, look for the "Large" and "XLarge" versions of this pack (paid versions). This is an expansion layouts pack for AnySoftKeyboard. Install AnySoftKeyboard first, and then select the desired layout from AnySoftKeyboard's Settings->Keyboards menu.
