What is it? This free app is a must-have travel companion for members of the LoungeKey™ programme. It provides complimentary admission to over 1000 lounges across airports worldwide. How do I get started? Once you have received confirmation that you are a member of the LoungeKey programme, simply register with your payment card details straight from the app and begin enjoying your time at the airport. You can also register for the programme by entering your details at the website URL provided by your bank or card issuer. After that, all you need to log into the app is the username and password you have created on the website. Why use it? Our new design is sleeker, cleaner and easier to navigate and will let you browse useful information at all airports with a LoungeKey presence. You can search for participating lounges or let the app find one for you with LoungeKey’s automatic location feature. LoungeKey smooths the way by providing directions to lounges as well as additional details like the facilities on offer and opening times. Once you are logged in, you can even search and access lounges offline, avoiding any unwanted roaming charges. User-led features Our feature development is driven by popular demand.
