SRM-Responder

The SRM-Responder mobile application provides Responders with a convenient way to accept and fulfil requests for emergency assistance, patrolling, complete incident reports, and trigger an alert if their safety is compromised. Responders can: - respond to requests for assistance in Emergencies. - access a convenient map view of their Patrol route and receive reminders to start a patrol. -- complete specific tasks assigned by Managers for each Patrol. - perform Incident Reporting in real-time with the ability to include images and voice recordings. - notify supervisors that backup is required and request emergency assistance. SRM-Responder is one of a suite of tools which aims to keep people safe. Other tools on the Security Risk Manager Platform (SRM) include SRM-Sentry, SRM-Customer and SRM-Portal (mobile and web-based application). SRM-Responder is a robust tool that allows responders to operate offline and upload data when an internet connection is established. It is tested and effective on low bandwidth networks including 2G and 3G.
