STREAM’s paperless vehicle walkaround check App makes it quick and easy for drivers to complete their vehicle checks using any mobile device. Our App helps you to eliminate paper-based records and ensure your commercial vehicles are roadworthy, compliant and safe both inside and out. Drivers can record multiple checks against a vehicle, including pre-use / first use, end of use, handover, weekly, etc. You are notified of any defects or incomplete checks and a complete history is stored on the Cloud and accessible via a web browser. Eliminating the need for time consuming, paper-based manual vehicle checks, our Vehicle Walkaround Check App is simple and intuitive to use. Drivers must complete all elements of the checklist with a simple tick or record any defects. If any defects are identified, checks can be configured to ensure further details are given including enforcing photos to be taken by the driver and record who the defect has been reported to. Proactive email notifications of any defects, failures or incomplete checks are immediately emailed to anyone in your organisation who needs the information. All completed checks are sent and accessible through the STREAM website. Checklists are completely customisable to meet your organisations exact requirements. Allow multiple vehicle resources to be assigned to runs. Photo capture can be set as mandatory. Allow alternative app for routing. Edit container name and type after creation and show route info. Enforce supervisor authority to complete scanning on a run (optional setting). Option to add a note for an item after Scan Enquiry.
